PROJECT CONSULTING & ADVISORY
  1. Client Consultation Meetings
  2. The Project Manager shall undertake an initial briefing session to understand the project objectives, opportunities / risks, and priorities with the project client.

  3. Design Concept Proposals
  4. Based off the project brief and ongoing consultation with the client, a design concept will be put forward.

  5. Solicitor Introduction
  6. Essentially we expect the client to deal directly with the solicitor. However, we can provide introduction to solicitors, responsible for applications to councils and other business licenses, business legalities and documentation, as well as concluding commercial property purchase or lease agreements.

  7. Retail Outlet/Business Name Suggestions and Logo Creation
  8. Property Search
  9. We provide assistance to identify suitable commercial properties for the business. Essentially, we will act as intermediary between client and estate agents. We accompany all or short-listed viewings and advise. On client agreement to a property, we provide a basic layout simulation.


BASIC DESIGN
  1. Design Plans
  2. The design team will prepare a suite of drawings and may include: Floor Plan; Sections; Elevations; 3D View & Interior Images.

  3. Regulations
  4. Specific drawings for Building regulation, Fire regulation and Hygiene.

  5. Structural Design
  6. We introduce and accompany meetings with structural engineers.

  7. Material Selection
  8. We will suggest and assist in material and colour selection.

DESIGN CONTROL & MONITORING
  1. Negotiation & Contract
  2. We identify and liaise with each subcontractor, manufacturer and supplier from negotiation through to contract.

  3. Arrangement & Management
  4. Full management provided by site leader and/or design team. Management will cover all aspects of coordination, scope, time, cost, quality, communications, human resource, procurement and risk.

  5. Detailed Plan
  6. Further detailed work plan and technical drawings will be drawn out for use by installers.

  7. Monitoring
  8. A full monitoring of the progress will be constantly maintained. We propose design and construction alternatives if appropriate, and analyze the effects of the alternatives on the project cost and schedule.

  9. Health & Safety Document
  10. We will prepare the document for Health and Safety

  11. Inspection
  12. Inspections will be carried out during and on completion of works.
